Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between IE Bisenov, IIN 070513550171 (the “Administration”) and the user of the LingoPRO platform (the “User”).
1. General provisions
LingoPRO is an online platform for preparing for international language exams. By registering on the Platform, the User fully accepts these Terms.
2. Registration
To access the Platform, you must create an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information at registration. The account is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
3. Service description
The Platform provides: language proficiency diagnostics, practice tests in the format of international exams, an AI tutor for speaking and writing practice, a personal study plan, progress statistics, and analytics.
4. Payment and subscription
Subscription prices are listed on the pricing page in tenge (KZT). Payment is made via Kaspi Pay. The subscription is activated upon payment and is valid for the selected period (1, 3, or 6 months). There is no automatic renewal.
5. Refunds
Level-up guarantee: if you complete 90% of the tasks and take the initial and final tests but your level has not risen by at least 1 step in 3 months — a full refund of the subscription cost. Refund requests are sent to lingopro2026@gmail.com.
6. Intellectual property
All Platform materials (texts, tests, design, source code) are the property of the Administration. Copying, distribution, or commercial use of the materials without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited.
7. Changes to the terms
The Administration may amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are made, the User fully accepts them.
